Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are neatly displayed, and customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and report any issues.
• Adhere to company policies, upholding security, and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience with general cleaning duties and equipment operation preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
