Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
