Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies.
• Execute cash handling procedures efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and assist in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
