Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking of products.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently within a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local requirements.
