Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
