Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a fundamental role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide stellar customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
