Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs, processing purchases, and providing excellent service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are neat.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform store inventory counts, and report any issues to management.
• Follow cash handling procedures and comply with company policies and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide courteous customer service and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
