Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
