Job Description
Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) and play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure efficient operations and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
