Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
