Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management
- Offer feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies while ensuring document security
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience in a retail setting is beneficial
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
