Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining a clean store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team. Your responsibilities include cashiering, stocking products, and ensuring a neat merchandise display.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
