Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational plans to ensure the store's success. You will lead a team to provide excellent customer service, optimize product presentation, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• 3 years of retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
