We are looking for a Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to delivering quality products at affordable prices, creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve merchandising, inventory monitoring, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback and recommendations to store management.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to the team, ensuring compliance with customer service and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain store safety, merchandise products effectively, and supervise inventory management.
• Assist in product ordering, lead peers on tasks, and contribute to team training and development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and operate store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
