Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
