Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the store, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Your duties will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the store meets ALDI's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
