Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. From operating registers to stocking shelves, you will be responsible for various tasks that keep our stores running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
- Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store conditions, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience, and give feedback on products and inventory.
- Organize new inventory, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Effective time management and knowledge of company products and services.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with previous retail experience being a plus.
