1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and undergo thorough training to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
