Job Description
Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level team member. Our warehouse operations ensure efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores for customer enjoyment. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training for success. This Part-Time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
- Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
- Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
