Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level associates at Aldi. You will play a vital role in our warehouse operations by efficiently handling stock, maintaining warehouse appearance, and supporting the overall success of the team. This part-time position offers competitive starting wages and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as needed following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
