Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level position at Aldi. Join our warehouse operations team, where you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance
- Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes
- Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals
- Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment
