Job Description

Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
- Collaborate with the team and warehouse leadership for efficient operations.
- Contribute to process improvement suggestions.
- Inspect product quality and report any issues.
- Independently carry out assigned tasks and assist in meeting goals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Display conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
- Excellent communication and basic math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift products up to 45 pounds and handle warehouse tasks.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in various temperatures and environments.
- Sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
