Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join ALDI's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and follow company procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
- Perform tasks efficiently and within company guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and stand, sit, grip, and walk throughout the warehouse.
