1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
