Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and navigate warehouse environments.
