Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks and participate in inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
