1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious and collaborative behaviors.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
