1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The selected candidate will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
