Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth in-store experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate effectively with team members and report to store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other operational aspects
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash management policies
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Customer service and cash register operation skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Education and Experience
- Previous retail experience is advantageous
- Combination of education and experience is considered
