Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, handling cashier duties, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
