Position: Customer Service and Stock Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Comply with company policies, maintaining security and confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience in retail operations is beneficial.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
