Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Process customer purchases and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
