Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
 - Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
 - Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
 - Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
 - Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
 
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
 - Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
 - Strong communication and organizational skills.
 - Prior retail experience is preferred.
