Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and customer experiences.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
