Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
