Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
