Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and safely, including a cash register.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
