Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. principles
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and equipment efficiently
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Work experience in retail is a plus
- Equivalent knowledge may substitute education
