Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain shelves and merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail setting is a plus.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
