Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products, cashier, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
