Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate essential ALDI behaviors and competencies outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
