Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and maintain cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
