Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will ensure the store is well-organized, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
• Stock and display merchandise following company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store environment.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of operating retail equipment.
