Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Acts Competencies
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and cash handling
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
