Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your contribution will enhance the overall customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Offer outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash-handling policies
• Follow company guidelines, policies, and security procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Good customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
