Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. In this role, you will collaborate with the Aldi team and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
