Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with the ALDI team, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
- Provide courteous customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Operate cash registers following cash policies to minimize losses.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
