Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, where you will play a key role in maintaining our store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
