Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team schedules, and developing operational strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities and team performance.
• Implement company strategies and core values to promote teamwork.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and stock levels.
• Participate in the hiring process and conduct staff training.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and budget to achieve store targets.
• Ensure a safe and organized store environment for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
