Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are recruiting a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi to ensure the store's smooth operation and excellent customer service. As a key member of the team, you will handle merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neat store appearance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
